Each time he says "we" is is speaking of of our failed administration and NOT the people of the United States. A vast majority of American Citizens today sympathize with the Iraqi people. laman1214 ::: Favorites Also, the US Ambassador states that the administration believes that the responsibility of unifying Iraq and conducting sound government practice should not fall solely on the shoulders of the Prime minister of Iraq. He goes on to say that is will take many people submerging their individual beliefs to achieve this.
