TheHereticalJew ::: Favorites Being a cook by trade you often do not look so busy. This is mainly because if you do too many things at once in a kitchen you burn stuff. Granted every cook needs to be able to multi-task...especially a line cook. Yet, there are times when you have to stare at a sauce and keep on stirring lest it catches.
