The United States has more than enough nuclear warheads to plunge the entire earth into nuclear winter more than 100 times over, do we really need this many? Ben thinks we should reduce our nuclear arsenal (while keeping some warheads to act as a deterent), and instead use the money we save to provide health care and better education for American kids.
