Description:
This segment shows the US military apologizing for a wounding & killing spree against Afghani civilians which lasted 10 miles. This was in response to a suspected "suicide" attack on a US Marine convoy which wounded one soldier. The US gov't paid out $2000 to each family of the 19 dead and 50 wounded. Col John Nicholson calls the atrocity a "mistake." |
