Description: Out of sync audio I believe is caused by overlapping analog taped content I digitized from, when playing in movie editor after the initial cut frame, the vid and audio sync'd much closer. Don't know of an easy fix since the audio is tied to the video stream with these, so far no luck with a fix. Hard not to enjoy this anyway! |

ugadawgs1990 ::: Favorites 2007-11-11 13:40:25 Had to change the lyric from "pink torpedo" to "steel torpedo," "Big Dave is waiting there on Saturday Night" from "Satin Tights." Wonder if the audience was thinking, WTF... __________________________________________________
BillSchwenke ::: Favorites 2007-09-08 20:50:53 Ah, I recall him in later years, I know it was SNL and I had the whole clip for Christmas with the Devil until I flubbed it up. Will try a new attempt over at LiveVideo (mono TV back then however) __________________________________________________
Rolisyock ::: Favorites 2007-09-08 12:25:09 This is From Their Appearance on Saturday Night Live. This was May 5, 1984. The host was Barry Bostwick (Spin City). __________________________________________________
BillSchwenke ::: Favorites 2007-08-09 18:20:48 Must have been right after the movie as Christmas with the Devil was not found on orig. soundtrack or the film, but they wrote a number of gag songs to use in the first film, carried over to the Return Break Like the Wind. I plan to try this clip at LiveVideo website, it does tend to play on my HDD without much issue. Still a mystery why the sync is bad on a few of mine __________________________________________________
2112pk ::: Favorites 2007-08-09 09:35:21 is this before or after the movie? i read somewhere they played a few shows before they made the movie. this is a great proformance, better than the mvie an album. but nothing will EVER beat live earth, that was the big bottom to end ALL big bottoms __________________________________________________
BillSchwenke ::: Favorites 2007-06-16 06:50:39 I tried several captures and cuts but the segment leading into the Tap song was a later recording on the old Beta tape archived to VHS and it overcuts the original audio, basically no good lead in to work with while editing! __________________________________________________
BillSchwenke ::: Favorites 2007-06-16 06:47:12 It won't likely see official release, but I would recommend using a video output and record the segments offline, then match the audio to the video manually. I wanted to do that in MovieMaker, but it seems a no go __________________________________________________
jontab ::: Favorites 2007-06-16 01:56:15 If this were in sync, I'd listen and watch every day. __________________________________________________
