firstly, the states decide and i am sure that some states will surely make and/or keep it legal. secondly, president cannot just overturn a supreme court decision. thirdly, you have to weigh all the pros and cons, is pro choice so important that it overrides everything else he stands for. you cant always have what you want in a candidate, they try and that why they all lie. have to be what everyone wants and everyone wants something different.

Regardless of your stance on abortion, Ron Paul is extremely straightforward and clear where he stands and he is strongly for limited government power and more power to the people. His history shows his character, with liberty and freedom on his agenda how could we possibly go wrong? Our alternative is to continue down this path of global slavery...

Vote Ron Paul, he wants to give the states the power, as it should be. I personally support Abortion, and not just be I have been born, lol. I do it because I do research and have found that in countries where abortion is illegal the abortion rate is higher than where it is legal. As well as more suicides due to women trying to give themselves abortions. RON PAUL '08

Anyone should be able to whatever they choose to do with their bodies. However, according to the constitution, this NEVER should have been a federal issue. It is up to the states and then it is up to the people within those states to make whatever changes they deem necessary. The founding fathers set up this country so that the PEOPLE are supposed to be in power and sadly we have let thugs in Washington take over our lives. Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate that has idea's.

The main thing about Ron Paul that I don't understand is this: he says that he doesn't trust the Federal government to intefere in our daily lives, but he trusts the states to interfere in our lives? What difference does it make? Either way it's anti-individual freedom which he says he's for.

Here's a scenario. 13 year old girl is date raped, even if she told her parents she knows they're pro-choice, she has no money or car obvious because she's 13. She might die from the birth.. What then? Obviously adoption is a good thing and it's better than abortion but to say that lots of families are waiting for babies.. I think a lot of kids in orphanages and foster homes would beg to differ.

where there's a will there's a way...train bus etc. also the option of adoption ya know. Lots of families waiting for babies. The more I think on this, the more I think my stance is incorrect....

How can you cross a state line if you're not even old enough to drive yet?
