v16050118130114 ::: Favorites Actually, the Buran never carried anybody into space. "Might have" doesn't matter - you "might" squeeze 14 people into a space shuttle, in an emergency situation. Also, the reason the Buran "might have" carried a heavier payload is because it didn't have to carry its main engines, so that weight could be used for payload instead.
