Also, though informative, the film makes no case that the latter project could not happen without the EU. ukeuwatcher ::: Favorites thereallurker, birds aren't *completely* stupid. They can avoid things they can see (though not those they can't-- that's why they hit power lines and are killed sometimes). That doesn't mean there's no impact, nor that there is. I'll wait until some studies are in, myself.
