stroutzee ::: Favorites I thought I should also include that the photo of the polar bears swimming with no ice for them to find refuge, used in Al Gore's documentary was a photo taken by a marine biologist student on a field trip. The photo was taken in the summer when every year the fringes of the outer ice cap melt. The photo does not show that the polar bears were actually very close to the coast.
