Description:

My cell phone... I know... 6 Questions and Bible + Faith = nightmare 1 Intelligence. What is it? 2 What is the difference between our intelligence and that of other life forms? 3 Should characteristics such as RACE or SKIN color EVER be a source of pride? 4 Should you ever be proud of your heritage or culture. 5 If we had the technology, is it ethical to limit aging? Or reverse aging? 6. Hypothetical: When is integrity valued over family?

How could you understand the written word if you are reading a bad imitatation of the orinal or as it should be referred to as The Tanakh and not the old testament. The word of god is forever (mankind is not). We have to accept that there are things that we can never fully understand. That doesn't mean we shouldn't try. I suggest you read Man is not alone by Rabbi Abraham Heschel or Jewish Wisdom buy rabbi Tekluskin.

Jesus is Lord! manifestly declared in a multitudes of ways. read! study bible prophecy, read its infinite depth, check the myriads of miracles in Jesus' name (Reinhard Bonnke for instance), scientific proofs (Carl Baugh,Grant Jeffrey for instance), open your hard heart to God and He will grant you repentance!

common sense tells you that there is some God. Jesus is the only offer of redemption and the new nature! Jesus is truth incarnate! Jesus loves you still! Jesus is the end of all! the circumference, square root and pi! the centrality and universality!.

Regarding 3 and 4, I do think it's weird that people have "pride" in things that are not their accomplishments and that they have no control over, such as culture, heritage, skin color, sexuality, etc. However, I think the "pride" thing is a reaction to the idea that they should be "ashamed" of these things. There's no reason to be ashamed of things beyond your control either, but people assume because they are not ashamed, they must be proud. How about neither?

Certainly trying to"deconvert" people is comparable to christian conversions, and makes you no better? And lastly.. i think anyone that wants to learn about christianity should read the bible and make their own assumptions. Recommending books about the bible is good but the problem is that you get the opinions and interpretations of the author instead of your own interpretations. Alright that is all... thanks for the needed study break... love you lots

Ok there are you questions... now i have a few for you. Why do you seem to attack the christians mainly... atheism surly is agains all organised religions? Why do you care what other people believe in the first place? Why not just be happy in what you believe, and allow people who find confort in religion believe what they want.

I don't know how g0at feels, but I believe Christianity and Islam are the two most offensive religions because they advocate violence and forced conversion. Their entire existence is predicated on converting everyone else. Don't know about you, but I kind of dislike that.

6) This question is very biased... but for you i will give you my opinion. I believe it is always best to be yourself. Whether your gay, straight, christian, agnostic, muslim, atheist whatever. And my definition of family says that they may not agree with your choices but they shoudl love you anyway.

5) I do not htink it is unethical to try and extend age. Survival is the most basic emotion of all life forms. In the last century through advances in medicine (penicillin, vaccinations, hygiene) human life expectancy has risen 25 years worldwide. So we have always done it anyway.
