Are one of many youtubers that frequently upload videos to youtube?,but are regretful for your addiction because of the long loading time it takes to upload videos? Well then this is the video for you.
Account type:
Gurus and other account types are meant for regular 3-4 minute videos with a size of under 10mb so it will not do well for files over that size and will often take long.
Virus protection:
Virus programs like MCafee have a huge impact on internet performance because they scan every incoming packets that you receive while surfing the web to warn and ride you of any potential of definite virus threats.
Banwith problems:
This is for comcast users,if you have comcast by now you have noticed that when a neighbor is downloading an enormous file(lets say 65mb) it slows down your connection.I recommend reporting that neighbor to your provider and asking them to free up space,or to ask you neighbor yourself.
Video format:
try wmv and wma if you are having trouble with the 100mb limit here on youtube.
hardware:
SAFLY remove any hardware connected to your computer by usb port(s) This should improve you internet speed depending on how much other stuff you have running in the background.
Tabs:
switching to other tabs while uploading to youtube dose sometimes disconnect the uploading forcing it to take a long time,if you have a number of 4 or more tabs open please eliminate at least 2.
There are softwhere that cut down sizes and make videos the exact way they want it so its less upload time. check link.

i just tried it with a 40 minute clip of supersize me(the movie) and it equaled 26.7MB(pretty close to yurs) it took me 15minutes to uploaded it.
Specs:
Comcast highspeed internet with high speed patch fix which you can download...just google it.
