That indian guy there is called and known as Semi value in Malaysia. Known for his loud mouth talk, who represents the indian community, but Indians are the poorest people in malaysia 50yrs ago and still is today, He is seated confortably in the government enriching himself but not his community. In malaysia if you're willing to support blindly than you're safe.

Singapore and Malaysia is wide apart in terms of economics. U wan prove, Search per capita income of both country. If u're not malaysian then u probably won't know, but if u are and you quote Singapore in your statement u're courting wrath from malaysian politicians bcos they detest being compared to singapore.....ask any indian man in malaysia then u'll know.

A Treasury circular directing government agencies to appoint only bumiputera (native) consultant firms for development projects under RM30 million on Nov 6, 2006 is racially discriminatory, improper and unwarranted.
Government projects below RM30 million form the basic support for most consultant firms in Malaysia. To deprive chinese or indian consultant firms of these projects tantamount to depriving them of their basic means of income, and they would have to close shop. DAP OK!!!
